Madison County Nursing Home is well known for providing quality nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, memory care and fitness services to the residents of Madison County and the surrounding area. It is our mission to serve our neighbors – from the city of Jackson, MS to the rural areas of Flowood, Ridgeland, Madison, to name a few.

In 2000 we responded to an increased demand for our services and built a new state of the art nursing home, with an adjoining Healthplex fitness center. The Healthplex is open to the general public and includes physical trainers, a weight room, swimming pool, and a variety of fitness training equipment. In 2002 we opened a dedicated, secure Alzheimer’s Unit, where we serve those needing specialized dementia care and memory care services.

At Madison County Nursing Home we offer a friendly, homelike environment where everyone knows you by name. We believe in individualized care plans and we tailor our services to meet each person’s needs. Because social interaction and stimulation is so important, we offer a variety of activities including gardening, religious activities, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, outings and more. And we have great food from our dietary department! But most importantly, at Madison County Nursing Home, our staff really cares.
